I have tried WinaeroTweaker older 1.33 too, but even then the problem remains the same. My system is a Windows 11 system upgraded directly from Windows 10. In all conditions, the program doesn’t start. Ran it as adminstrator and as local user. Uncheck the tweaks you dont want to apply. On the next page, select the file which contains the previously exported tweaks. Select 'import tweaks from a file' on the first page of the 'Import or export tweaks' wizard. I am unable to start WinaeroTweaker.exe, even when i install in regular silent mode, or in portable mode. In the main menu of the app, go to Tools -> Import/Export tweaks.
